Just had my A/C fixed after 2 years of not having it. Don did an amazing diagnostic ninja warrior performance and found my problems that was causing my problems. There shop is clean and has a friendly environment. I would definitely recommend US Auto to the locals here in Allentown. Most definitely never take your car to Pep Boys. This place is amazing! I've never been to a repair shop that is so respectful of their customers and their time. They told me X Y Z, and it was exactly X Y Z, fast, affordable. I can't praise this place enough. I own a locksmith company, and having a vehicle down is devastating. They had my vehicle back up in record time.. not only once, but TWICE, they never pumped the price on me after quoting. They said it, got the parts even faster then they told me, and got me back on the road so I could get back to making money. I recommend to anyone and everyone. I will bring all my cars and work vehicles here, and tell my friends, employees and associates that this is the place to go for excellent service.

I’ve had two great experiences with this shop. First, my vehicle had a DEF leak and they fixed it same day - super fast turnaround. Two weeks later, one of our vans had an engine problem, and they had it back on the road within a day. This company is exactly what you want in a repair shop: quick, friendly, and honest. It’s hard to find that combination, and I won’t take my vehicles anywhere else. Highly recommend!
